
I started training at an early age in Martial Arts and as I developed I began to focus more on Kickboxing. At the height of my kickboxing career I won a world title in South Africa and subsequently found it very difficult getting opponents. When the UFC was first shown to the world I regarded it as the epitome of a Martial Artist and the ultimate test of skill and physical ability, I was hooked. I went on to become the Cage Rage British Champion before being signed by the UFC. My training consists of a 1.5 hour morning training session and a 1 hour training session in the evening. These sessions are done at a very high intensity and are difficult if not impossible to sustain without the right supplements. In addition to my gruelling pre fight trainin1g regime I will drill technique and strategise with my coach, this is done at a lower intensity and over a longer period of time.
